Job Summary
A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant - Oracle Fusion Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive user adoption and business readiness for the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement
- Lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training efforts
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and track adoption progress
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management for ERP or enterprise system implementations
- Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP transformations
- Strong background in change strategy and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in developing and executing communication plans and change campaigns
- Ability to design and deliver end-user training programs and materials
