Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant - Oracle Fusion Procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive user adoption and business readiness for the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement
  • Lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training efforts
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments and track adoption progress
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management for ERP or enterprise system implementations
  • Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP transformations
  • Strong background in change strategy and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in developing and executing communication plans and change campaigns
  • Ability to design and deliver end-user training programs and materials
