Organizational Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Organizational Change Management Consultant will design, develop, and manage end-to-end manual and automated testing processes, ensuring quality and optimization in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain automation suites using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and REST API frameworks
• Lead and coordinate testing activities, owning quality gates and exit criteria while driving Agile testing processes
• Actively validate user stories within sprints to ensure early detection of issues and contribute to automation stability and best practices

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end digital flow testing and automation across applications
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or Typescript
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and mobile automation using Appium
• Experience with Gitlab and CI/CD tools
• Expertise in test management tools such as JIRA and Qtest
