Organizational Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support a large-scale ServiceNow ITSM deployment, the long-term contract Organizational Change Management Consultant will design and execute change management strategies, conduct stakeholder analyses, and develop communication plans while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with program objectives
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify affected groups and adoption risks
• Develop and manage communications plans, including drafting and distributing change-related content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
• 5+ years of dedicated organizational change management experience focused on large-scale technology transformation
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and communications planning
• Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end change strategies within complex organizations
• Prior experience in a consulting environment and/or supporting technology-driven transformation programs
