Organizational Change Management Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Organizational Change Management Consultant will lead change management strategies, oversee technology-driven change implementations, and engage with C-suite executives to drive adoption and mitigate resistance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Discovery Workshops to address organizational change management fears and present strategic methodologies to executives
• Develop comprehensive playbooks and frameworks for readiness assessments, adoption KPIs, and training plans tailored to client needs
• Collaborate closely with client executives and stakeholders to implement change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and training throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a minimum of 5 years at a top-tier consulting firm
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs with executive-level ownership
• Direct involvement in technology-driven change initiatives such as ERP rollouts and digital transformation
• Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite executives and present change management strategies effectively
• Strong written communication skills with the capability to produce high-quality client-ready deliverables
