Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, GRA Organizational Change Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee Change Management Workstream activities, including planning and implementation of communication and engagement projects
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on learning objectives and execute stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and manage communication plans with metrics for monitoring effectiveness and user feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • 8+ years of project experience in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
  • 3+ years of client-facing and internal/external communication experience
  • 2+ years of experience with communication effectiveness analysis tools
  • Considerable knowledge of change management in complex business environments
