Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, GRA Organizational Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Change Management Workstream activities, including planning and implementation of communication and engagement projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on learning objectives and execute stakeholder engagement
- Develop and manage communication plans with metrics for monitoring effectiveness and user feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 8+ years of project experience in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years of client-facing and internal/external communication experience
- 2+ years of experience with communication effectiveness analysis tools
- Considerable knowledge of change management in complex business environments
