Organizational Change Management Director

Job Summary

Overseeing consulting engagements, the full-time Organizational Change Management Director will manage project delivery and client relationships, ensuring timely completion of deliverables while developing and executing change management plans for large-scale transformation projects, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee consulting engagements in Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategy, contributing to budgeting, scoping, and project design
• Create high-quality project deliverables, including presentations and technical documents, while facilitating client workshops
• Develop and execute OCM plans for large-scale transformations, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption

Required qualifications

• State and local government consulting experience
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing OCM plans
• Prosci certification preferred, with other OCM certifications considered
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• Experience in project delivery and business development within a management consultancy
