Organizational Change Management Expert

Job Summary

Providing strategic workforce development and organizational change management support, the full-time Remote Real Property Training, Workforce Development, and Organizational Change Management Subject Matter Expert will develop training programs, implement change strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to Navy leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise training programs and organizational change strategies for Navy installations
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication plans to improve workforce readiness and compliance
• Advise on workforce development strategies and support organizational transitions across multiple echelons

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in workforce development, training, or organizational management within the Department of Defense or related federal agencies
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise training programs
• Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
