Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OCM Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall Organizational Change Strategy approach and develop a central change strategy implementation roadmap
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders
• Create and deliver end-user training curriculum and custom education programs based on Adult Learning Principles

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management lead experience in the Public Sector
• 5+ years of transformation experience with SAP cloud solutions
• Experience in organizational design and operating/change delivery models
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
• PROSCI certifications desired
