Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead for Sourcing - Contractor /1099.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized OCM engagements focused on sourcing transactions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership on people-side risks and opportunities
• Design and execute stakeholder engagement plans and communications strategies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 3 years in consulting or professional services
• Significant experience in OCM planning and execution for large-scale transformations
• Strong grasp of stakeholder engagement and change communications
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change Management, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
