Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Organizational Change Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute change management strategies and tactical plans in complex projects to improve client performance
• Develop change deliverables and conduct Adoption Readiness Assessments to ensure successful implementation
• Collaborate with project leads to present integrated change management solutions aligned with project goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Change Management roles
• 3-5 years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in relevant fields preferred
• Certification in established change management methodology preferred
• Willingness to travel and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
