Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis for impacted processes and support structures
  • Create and document OCM plans, define change resistance strategies, and assess project readiness
  • Develop stakeholder communication strategies and train change agents for successful adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Project Management on large IT projects ($20M+)
  • At least three years of Project Management experience in a lead capacity
  • Bachelor's degree required; additional experience may substitute for education
  • Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
  • Minimum of five years as an OCM subject matter expert with proficiency in OCM methodologies
