Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead architect for OCM strategy and oversee change impact assessments
• Develop and maintain Agile-aligned OCM implementation roadmaps and coordinate new system rollouts
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and deliver training programs for various audiences

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, healthcare administration, organizational development, or related field
• 10 years of professional relevant experience
• 8+ years in change management or organizational development roles within healthcare or federal health IT programs
• 5+ years implementing OCM strategies for clinical informatics systems or technology-driven projects
• Demonstrated experience with Agile project delivery and formal OCM frameworks
