Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead for a contract engagement supporting healthcare IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OCM efforts including stakeholder management, change readiness, and communications planning
• Facilitate working sessions with clinical and IT leadership
• Design and implement a FinOps/Cloud Governance framework

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Organizational Change Management
• Hands-on experience building or implementing FinOps or cloud governance frameworks
• Strong facilitation and executive stakeholder engagement skills
• Healthcare IT experience preferred
• Familiarity with Epic is a plus
