Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Summary

Leading the delivery of client services remotely, the full-time Organizational Change Management Lead will execute change management strategies, develop tactical plans, and foster client partnerships to enhance performance improvement across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Execute change management strategies and tactical plans in complex multi-workstream projects
• Conduct Adoption Readiness Assessments and implement tactical activities to support change initiatives
• Develop communication materials and manage tactical change networks to ensure successful transformation ownership

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Change Management roles
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in relevant fields preferred
• Experience in a professional services or consulting organization
• Certification in established change management methodologies preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
