Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Summary

Supporting the Make and Plan & Deliver workstream within the Supply Chain Transformation program, the temporary, remote Organizational Change Management Lead will plan, coordinate, and execute change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems across the supply chain organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze stakeholders across the Make and Plan & Deliver functions
• Develop the Change Management Strategy and Communications Plan, including engagement materials and leadership updates
• Track, measure, and report business readiness and adoption progress

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Organizational Change Management experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting supply chain functions such as manufacturing, planning, and logistics
• Experience leading change in complex, cross-functional transformation programs
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and business leaders
