Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Organizational Change Management Lead will plan, coordinate, and execute change management, communications, training, and user adoption activities to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of the PMIS solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Change Management Plan and Tactical Action Plan (TAP), including stakeholder engagement strategies and adoption roadmaps
  • Identify and manage stakeholder groups affected by the transformation, facilitating meetings and workshops to build organizational support
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop training curriculum and ensure readiness for user acceptance testing and deployment activities
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in change management and organizational readiness assessments
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement and communication strategy development
  • Experience in developing training materials and facilitating training sessions
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and governance requirements
  • Ability to assess user adoption risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
