Job Summary
To support successful implementation and long-term sustainability of the PMIS solution, the full-time remote Organizational Change Management Lead will plan, coordinate, and execute change management, communications, training, and user adoption activities while partnering with project leadership and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Change Management Plan and Tactical Action Plan (TAP), including stakeholder engagement strategies and adoption roadmaps
- Identify and manage stakeholder groups affected by the transformation, facilitating meetings and building organizational support
- Oversee the development and execution of project communication strategies and training curricula to ensure user readiness and adoption
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong background in developing communication plans and training programs
- Experience with project management methodologies and governance
- Ability to conduct organizational readiness assessments and change impact assessments
- Familiarity with PMIS solutions and related technologies is preferred
