Job Summary
Focused on driving successful change initiatives, the full-time remote Organizational Change Management Lead will plan, coordinate, and execute change management, communications, training, and user adoption activities to support the implementation of a PMIS solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Change Management Plan and Tactical Action Plan, including governance and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Identify and manage stakeholder groups, facilitating meetings and building organizational support for the transformation
- Create and execute communication strategies and training curricula to ensure user readiness and adoption of new processes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in organizational change management, particularly in technology implementations
- Strong background in developing communication and training plans for large-scale projects
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and managing diverse groups throughout change processes
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to assess organizational readiness and develop strategies for user adoption
