Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Summary

To drive successful adoption of technology-driven initiatives, the full-time Organizational Change Management Lead will develop and execute change strategies, conduct impact assessments, and create tailored communication plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies for technology and business transformation initiatives
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to evaluate organizational readiness
• Create and deliver communication plans and training materials to support user readiness

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of OCM experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, PMI)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or related field
