Job Summary
To drive successful adoption of technology-driven initiatives, the full-time Organizational Change Management Lead will develop and execute change strategies, conduct impact assessments, and create tailored communication plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute OCM strategies for technology and business transformation initiatives
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to evaluate organizational readiness
- Create and deliver communication plans and training materials to support user readiness
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of OCM experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, PMI)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or related field
