Job Summary
Leading organizational change management strategies, the full-time remote OCM / Stakeholder Engagement Lead will develop engagement plans to prepare healthcare organizations and stakeholders for successful technology adoption in a major federal healthcare modernization initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for healthcare modernization initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses to evaluate organizational readiness
- Facilitate executive briefings and workshops while partnering with various teams to ensure consistent messaging during implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
- Five years of experience in organizational change management or business transformation initiatives
- Experience with enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with OCM methodologies like Prosci ADKAR or Kotter Change Model is preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance
