Organizational Change Management Lead
Job Summary
Leading organizational design efforts, the part-time Organizational Change Management Lead will support ServiceNow-enabled process transformation by assessing current operating models, designing future-state structures, and partnering with executive stakeholders to align changes with business objectives in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead organizational design efforts and assess current-state operating models and service delivery processes
- Design future-state organizational structures and develop strategies to accelerate stakeholder adoption
- Facilitate workshops with senior leaders and create executive-level presentations for steering committees
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Change Management, or Business Transformation
- Proven experience with large-scale ServiceNow transformations or IT Service Management initiatives
- Strong expertise in organization design methodologies and operating model development
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience leading change initiatives in highly matrixed, global organizations
