Job Summary
Leading the assessment and optimization of onboarding processes, the temporary remote Organizational Change Management Lead will manage customer onboarding activities, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop future-state operating model recommendations while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Change Management, or Organizational Transformation
- Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation or customer onboarding initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience developing operational processes, governance, and performance metrics
