Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Organizational Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the establishment of the Global Change Management Center of Excellence
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of tools for understanding change across the organization
• Provide end-to-end change management consultation for high-impact transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience in organizational change management
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional change initiatives
• Experience with business, IT, and HR-related initiatives is preferred
• ACMP or PROSCI Certification is preferred
