Job Summary
Driving change initiatives, the full-time remote Organizational Change Management Manager will lead the execution of change management projects, conduct assessments, and develop training strategies to support clients in maximizing the value of technology-driven transformations.
Key responsibilities
- Define, develop, and execute organizational change management projects
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify gaps and minimize transition risks
- Lead workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and executives to communicate change activities
Required qualifications
- More than four years of relevant experience in consulting or industry, including leading change management activities
- Experience in change management for technology-driven transformation programs
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- Intensely curious with a proactive approach to seeking knowledge
- Current knowledge of emerging technology trends and change management best practices
