Organizational Change Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading the people side of complex enterprise transformation, the full-time Organizational Change Management Manager will advise leaders on organizational readiness, activate sponsorship, and direct integrated change strategies to ensure stakeholder commitment and workforce proficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute integrated OCM strategies aligned to business outcomes and program milestones
• Activate sponsor coalitions and coach leaders to communicate effectively and reinforce new ways of working
• Lead stakeholder assessments and translate findings into prioritized interventions for change adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, communications, human resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience leading OCM for complex enterprise business or technology transformation
• Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and influencing across a large matrixed organization
• Experience assessing organizational impacts and translating data into targeted interventions
• Proficiency in integrating OCM with program plans and delivery milestones
