Job Summary
Driving organizational change initiatives, the full-time Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist will lead project activities, develop communication and training plans, and enhance governance standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead OCM project activities, including creating actionable deliverables to support communication and training efforts
- Assist in stakeholder assessments and develop engagement and training plans to facilitate change across multiple programs
- Organize and improve OCM governance and reporting capabilities, analyzing project metrics and progress
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in organizational change management for enterprise-level projects
- Hands-on experience with change management principles and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
- Desirable certifications include ITIL, ScrumMaster, PMP, and Prosci
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for project management and reporting
