Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client engagements and collaborate with the OCM Lead to define the target state vision post-change
  • Develop and implement OCM plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication, education, and engagement strategies
  • Facilitate training programs and manage project deliverables from initiation to closure


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience considered
  • Experience with M365 to Google Workspace migrations
  • Experience in consulting and customer-facing roles preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools, particularly Gemini, is a plus
