Organizational Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist for Microsoft 365 Migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of organizational change management strategies for Microsoft 365 migration initiatives
• Assess change impacts across business units and develop tailored stakeholder engagement plans
• Create change artifacts including communication plans, training materials, and adoption roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-6 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migration or digital workplace transformation
• Experience developing communication materials and conducting stakeholder analysis
