Organizational Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist - Microsoft 365 Migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of organizational change management strategies for Microsoft 365 migration
• Assess change impacts and develop tailored stakeholder engagement plans
• Create and maintain change artifacts, including communication plans and user enablement materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 3-6 years of experience in organizational change management or related areas
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 migration or digital workplace transformation
• Experience developing communication materials and conducting stakeholder analysis
