Organizational Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support change management activities across critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of organizational change management activities for high-priority initiatives
• Assist with core OCM deliverables, including change impact assessments and communication plans
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment of change activities with program timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business, Organizational Development, or related areas
• 3-6 years of experience in supporting organizational change initiatives
• Familiarity with established OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) preferred
• Experience in consulting or internal transformation roles is preferred
• Highly organized and proactive in managing tasks and follow-ups
