Job Summary

To support innovative GEN AI initiatives, the remote Organizational Change Management Specialist will execute and refine change management plans, drive stakeholder readiness, and develop communication strategies to facilitate behavior change across diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and refine Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans to ensure smooth adoption and integration of GEN AI initiatives
• Drive stakeholder readiness and promote adoption by facilitating behavior change across diverse teams
• Develop and deliver clear communication strategies to support organizational change efforts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management supporting technology or digital initiatives
• Proven stakeholder engagement and influence skills in fast-paced environments
• Experience assessing change impacts and managing adoption risks effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
• Willingness to work within core business hours and support remote collaboration
