Organizational Change Management Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting organizational readiness and user adoption, the full-time Organizational Change Management Training Specialist will develop training materials, stakeholder engagement strategies, and user support resources while working remotely or from various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop training materials and stakeholder communications to facilitate user adoption of new processes and technologies
- Assist in measuring and promoting adoption outcomes through readiness and user-support activities
- Coordinate training and transition activities related to Momentum/iFAMS processes and data conversion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three or more years of experience in Organizational Change Management, training development, or stakeholder engagement
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST" clearance
- Experience with large technology implementations
- Familiarity with Human-Centered Design (HCD) communications and training job aids
