Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Change Management Plans for smooth transitions
• Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to create effective OCM strategies
• Evaluate organizational readiness and assess the impact of proposed changes

Required Qualifications

• Five years of organizational change management experience supporting enterprise initiatives
• Two years of experience in technology implementation projects
• One year of experience in a Higher Education environment
• OCM certification from a recognized institution (e.g., Prosci)
