Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to plan, execute, and communicate change initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult and advise on organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Create and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for stakeholder communication
  • Support adoption of change initiatives and lead culture and engagement activities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in change management or related roles
  • Proficient in M365 tools with basic graphic design and video editing experience
  • Skilled in relationship building and influencing stakeholders
  • Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
  • Preferred certifications in change management or internal communications
