Job Summary

A company is looking for an OCM Manager/Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for IT system adoption and infrastructure upgrades
Design and lead tailored training and communication plans for personnel to ensure smooth transitions to new technologies
Conduct organizational assessments and create CBP-specific SOPs, training manuals, and job aids for IT modernization initiatives

Required Qualifications

BS degree with 5-7 years of experience, MS with 3-5 years, or PhD with 0-2 years of experience
5+ years in training or OCM leadership roles
Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation or clearance
CBP training delivery or transition support experience is a strong plus
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred
