Organizational Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager to support a large-scale enterprise initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions and conduct change readiness assessments
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication and training plans
• Measure adoption and engagement, providing coaching and support to managers and leaders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading OCM strategies for enterprise initiatives
• Strong background in driving adoption and proficiency through structured change approaches
• Experience in developing and delivering training in hybrid work environments
• Ability to define and use metrics to measure change effectiveness
• Preferred certifications: PROSCI, Change Guide, or LaMarsh
