Organizational Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate information into audience-friendly slide decks and written guides
• Assist in building training content and support the deployment of training materials
• Document stakeholder feedback and maintain organized repositories of training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, communications, education, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in training development or change management support
• Experience creating slide decks and instructional materials
• Familiarity with GMP or regulated environments is helpful but not required
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
