Organizational Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to assess impacts and readiness
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication and training strategies
• Measure adoption and engagement, adjusting strategies based on feedback and data

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading OCM strategies for enterprise initiatives
• Strong background in driving adoption and proficiency through structured change approaches
• Experience developing and delivering training in hybrid work environments
• Ability to define and use metrics to measure change effectiveness
• Preferred certifications: PROSCI, Change Guide, or LaMarsh
