Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sub-work streams within Organizational Change Management, including readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, and communications
• Develop and manage comprehensive change management plans and communication strategies
• Conduct change readiness assessments and deliver tailored training programs while monitoring adoption progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management within consulting or industry roles
• Experience with structured change management methodologies and leading large-scale initiatives
• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce or SAP for managing change communications is preferred
• Professional certifications such as CCMP or PROSCI are preferred but not required
