Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager (OCM)/Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and document existing business processes using BPI methodologies
  • Conduct data and process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies and provide training on changes
Required Qualifications
  • At least five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects within the last ten (10) years
  • At least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design within the last ten (10) years
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree; additional experience may substitute for education
  • Five (5) years of experience supporting organizational change tied to IT system implementations within the last ten (10) years
  • Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification required
