Job Summary

- Partner with project teams and executive sponsors to drive mindset and behavior change
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) focused on mindset and behavior change
- Experience supporting sales organizations in wealth, commercial, or retail banking
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives
- Understanding of banking environments, including retail, commercial, and wealth sectors
- Ability to operate in high visibility, high scrutiny enterprise initiatives
