Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a leadership engagement strategy to support organizational change
  • Synthesize pilot insights to build a scalable change strategy for broader rollout
  • Partner with project teams and executive sponsors to drive mindset and behavior change
Required Qualifications
  • Deep experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) focused on mindset and behavior change
  • Experience supporting sales organizations in wealth, commercial, or retail banking
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives
  • Understanding of banking environments, including retail, commercial, and wealth sectors
  • Ability to operate in high visibility, high scrutiny enterprise initiatives
