Organizational Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM)/Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document existing business processes using BPI methodologies
• Conduct data and process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies and support change readiness initiatives

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects within the last ten years
• Minimum three years of experience in business systems analysis and design within the last ten years
• Bachelor's Degree required; additional qualifying experience may substitute for education
• Five years of experience supporting organizational change tied to IT system implementations within the last ten years
• Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification required
