Job Summary
Supporting the web modernization initiative, the remote contract Organizational Change Manager will manage change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination to ensure successful adoption of new web governance processes across campus.
Key responsibilities
- Support organizational change management activities related to web modernization and governance initiatives
- Assist in developing and executing change management and stakeholder engagement plans
- Coordinate communications and readiness activities associated with new governance processes and operational workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change Management, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in organizational change management, communications, or related functions
- Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives within higher education or large organizations
- Familiarity with website governance models and digital modernization initiatives
- Certification or coursework in Organizational Change Management methodologies preferred
