Job Summary
To support a large-scale web modernization and digital transformation initiative, the contract Organizational Change Manager will drive stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and user adoption efforts while working remotely during EST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Support organizational change management activities for enterprise web modernization and governance initiatives
- Assist in developing and executing stakeholder engagement, communication, and change readiness plans
- Coordinate training logistics, adoption support activities, and user enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or related functions
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience developing training materials and stakeholder communications
