Job Summary

Supporting a large-scale web modernization initiative, the fully remote Organizational Change Manager will manage change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination for new web governance processes at Georgia Tech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support organizational change management activities related to web modernization and governance initiatives
  • Assist in developing and executing change management and stakeholder engagement plans
  • Coordinate communications and readiness activities associated with new governance processes and operational workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in organizational change management, communications, or related functions
  • Experience supporting web governance, digital modernization, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with website governance models, intake processes, and accessibility initiatives
  • Certification or coursework in Organizational Change Management methodologies preferred
