Job Summary
Supporting a large-scale web modernization initiative, the full-time remote Organizational Change Manager will manage stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and communications to facilitate the adoption of new web governance processes across campus.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement plans related to web governance and modernization initiatives
- Coordinate communications and readiness activities for new governance processes and operational workflows
- Partner with project teams and stakeholders to support organizational readiness and user adoption activities
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in supporting web governance or digital modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with website governance models and accessibility initiatives
- Certification or coursework in Organizational Change Management methodologies preferred
