Organizational Change Manager

Job Summary

Leading change management and transformation initiatives, the full-time Organizational Change Manager will work remotely to assess organizational readiness, develop change strategies, and ensure successful adoption of changes involving people, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organizational change management activities for complex transformation initiatives
• Develop comprehensive change management strategies and conduct stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments
• Identify and manage stakeholder resistance while building advocacy for transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or business transformation
• Proven experience leading OCM workstreams for large-scale enterprise transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of established change management methodologies such as Prosci or Kotter
• Demonstrated ability to manage and overcome stakeholder resistance and build trust with diverse stakeholders
• High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
