Organizational Change Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an I-ERP Organizational Change Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Org CM participation in the Agile framework and ensure representation in key activities
• Administer learning management tools and develop training materials for SAP S/4 HANA implementation
• Develop and execute Org CM plans, lead user experience improvement activities, and liaise with various teams to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or similar ERP systems
• Background in organizational change management or related field
• Proficiency in learning management tools such as Enable Now and WalkMe
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in developing communication and training materials
