Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness assessments
  • Develop clear communications and support change interventions such as training sessions and workshops
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or related consulting work
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or similar certification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience researching and synthesizing information from diverse sources
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
