Organizational Consulting Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of complex enterprise-level initiatives, the full-time remote Organizational Consulting Consultant will develop high-impact deliverables, manage workstream dependencies, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration under senior leadership's guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategies related to enterprise-level organization design and process improvement, managing timelines and deliverables
• Produces high-quality drafts of project frameworks, plans, and analyses while leveraging team-developed strategies
• Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure efficient program execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in organization design, change management, or business transformation
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Proven ability to build trust and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
